Another single account multiple pc's with a twist

I have a main pc a HP (version 1903) and a dell (version 1909) I want to set up a single user multiple login on the two. Here's the thing throwing me off. The Dell already has another user account on it that my wife uses occasionally. All the instructions I've found is for when there is only once account on each computer.

On top of that, I went to "User Accounts", to set up a secondary account on the Dell. Entered all the information, got the email from Microsoft to validate the information, did that, and it too me to a page that said in order to sign into the (I think it was) Network Neighborhood of the Dell, I had to sign out of the Network Neighborhood of the HP. As I said I think it was Network Neighborhood, but it could have been User Group or something, that was about 5 days ago, so I don't really remember.

Anyway what is the procedure to do this? I want to be able to share files and setting between the two pc's. Thank you for help, in advance.

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
      Code:
      net user test /del
