  1. Unable to retrieve my InPixio Photo Editor Premium purchased on July 12, 2017.

I had purchased an InPixio Photo Editor Premium App from Microsoft Store on July 12, 2017.

Now I wanted to download and install the App viz InPixio Photo Editor Premium, which I purchased on July 12, 2017, on my Desktop PC (after refreshing my Windows 10 O.S.), but the App is not available now for download in the list of “All owned” Apps in “My library” in Microsoft Store although it was duly purchased.

I contacted Microsoft Customer Support yesterday. After long interaction, I was put in contact with Microsoft Accounts and Billing Department, but the call got disconnected at that stage, when it had already taken more than 1 hour to reach that stage. I wasted so much time without achieving the desired result. My Case was assigned the number 1488755695 by the Microsoft Support Team. I did not want to spend time again in repeating the whole exercise.

Please help me to retrieve my duly purchased App viz InPixio Photo Edtor Premium from “All owned” Apps in “My library” in Microsoft Store, without the need to pay for it once again.

    :)

  2. Retieving the software product from an old purchase from 'Store'.

I had purchased online an InPixio Photo Editor Premium from 'Store'. However, after that I had to refresh my PC for some reason. But subsequently when I tried to retrieve my InPixio Photo Editor Premium from the 'Store', it did not display the product
as 'owned' and I was expected to pay for it once again. How can I retrieve my old copy from earlier purchase?

  3. Retieving the software product from an old purchase from 'Store'.

    Sir,

I did exactly that. But the Microsoft Store did not recognize my purchase. I believe that the IP address of my PC has changed due to the recent refreshing of my PC. The new IP address of my PC is different from the IP address of the PC before it was refreshed.
If the problem is arising for this reason, there should be a solution for it. I wanted to seek help for this issue and retrieve my InPixio Photo Editor Premium validly purchased by me before my PC was refreshed. When I open the Store to locate InPixio Photo
Editor Premium, it is not displaying the message, "you own this product"; I am required to pay for installing it.

I hope my issue is clear now.

    Regards,

    Krishna Kumar

    Windows 10 update July 2017

    Hello Meg,

it will tell you it was they last update on the computer. It should be the first recover option on the list, I only had one option to select.

Although my backup date was July 17, 2017.

    Yours may be similar?

    good luck Meg!
