  1. New update washes my colours

I updated a few months ago and it washed out my colours and reduced the contrast. I reverted the update and it was all fine. Yesterday I updated again and the exact same thing happened. I don't want to keep it at a previous update forever because of the constant update reminders. I checked settings and nothing was different and changing things didn't help. Any ideas?

  2. Washed out colours after display sleep

I have the problem of washed out colours after power management turns the display off. This PC has Nvidia 7050 chip, Nvidia no longer support this, so win 10 has installed Microsoft basic driver, which is a step forward as previous builds just said this
    pc is not compatible.

Also I have set the display turn off time to never, will this also stop the PC from going to standby/sleep?

Xbox one washed out colours ?

It's a TN display panel which are very viewing angle dependent. Most are washed out by looking from a higher angle. More noticeable when close. In that scenario if you are vertical over the top edge then the colours are more washed out towards the bottom edge which is being viewed at an angle.
That's how you know it is that type of LCD panel.

    New update washes my colours

WP8 colours "faded" and "washed-out" after recent phone update

I recently received and installed a phone update to my Nokia Lumia 822.

Since the update, I've noticed that the tile colours (I'm using Teal) appear, bleached, faded and washed-out on the Start screen. The colour is clearly not as vivid as it was prior to the update. I suspect the display driver was updated and I'm not happy
with it. Due to the change of colour, I don't know if the update was successful or not for the display, although I did receive an "update completed" message after it finished installing.

Can I change the colour back without having to rollback the update or hard-reset the device (not an option - this definitely isn't worth my time)?
