Windows 10: Slow power off problem on Windows 10 Pro 1909 temporary fix

I have been having a power off problem which causes my computer to turn off after about 3 or more minutes after I have clicked on shut down. This has been happening since at least 1903 and possibly earlier. While I do not know what triggers this issue, I do have an available temporary fix and I say temporary because this issue continues to pop up when I am not looking for it to occur. The fix that I apply is booting into safe mode by going to settings, update and security, recovery, advanced startup, restart now, troubleshoot, advanced options, startup settings, restart then choose safe mode with networking option. Sign in and let the safe mode session load. Once it has loaded, power off the computer and it should power off normally. If it powers off normally, power it back on and let windows load normally. Sign in and once it has finished loading, do a power off using the shut down option in the power menu and see if it will power off normally. I currently do not have this issue but would like to get to the bottom of this so that I do not have to keep on doing this every time this issue occurs. How has everyone been able to get around this issue besides disabling the fast startup option that is found in control panel which does work but affects start up speed at least for me.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

the update of windows 10 of November 1909 is a disaster that is the connection to internte is slow, intermittent and bounces the connection ....

and do not send me update drivers or check my network card since I did all the tests and everything is optimal ....

The problem started since I updated to 1909 on both my desktop and my surface pro

I have problems with advanced search in Windows 1909

• In the formula I type, I don’t get blue text indicating that the formula is correct.
• When I need dates in the formula, I don’t get a calendar to help me compose the formula.
• When I use for instance the keyword “kind” I don’t get help to choose between the different kinds that are available.
• ...

This is a huge step backwards for me. Is there a way to fix it?
