Graphics Card No Output After Installing Drivers

I recently purchased an ASUS Strix Radeon RX 470 and when I put it into my machine it was fine but everytime I try to install the latest drivers I would get no output from the graphics card and when I reboot I also get no display output so I have to run Windows in safe mode and uninstall the drivers. The only drivers I managed to install were 17.1.1 but Windows would give me a "Windows has stopped this device because it reported problems(code 43)" in Device Manager.

    Here are my current specs:
    Processor: Intel Xeon X3470
    RAM: Kingston 8GB DDR3-1600
    Motherboard: ECS Elitegroup H55H-M
    OS: Windows 10 64 bit(version 10.0.18362.476)
    Power Supply: Elpis SP-700GX

    :)
