Windows 10: Kim

Hi everyone I'm Kim and definitely not that great on PC's nor mobile phones.. I recently had my mobile stolen and also my laptop which I had returned bit it was reset.
I had my photos stored on both items and my memory isn't that great that I can't remember my passwords as they were stored on them. I would love to retrieve my photos as there all I have..I hope with your wisdom someone/s could help me in anyway..if there are other areas I can return the favour I'm a huge lover of photography..all in all of love to learn some knowledge on here. Thankyou so much.Kim

windows 10 store no install button

Hi Kim,

Sorry for getting back to you late.

I would suggest you to clear cache memory from Windows Store by following steps mentioned below:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run window
• Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.

Now try to open Windows Store and see if you see the same behavior.
