Windows 10: my name is pedro game downloaded but won't install

i have downloaded my name is pedro on game pass, the game downloaded and then came up with an error and to restart download.

and now it just says install.

when i press install it installs instantly then just goes back to the install button.

i can't find the files to delete the download and start again though

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

microsoft store games won`t play

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

Step 1:

I suggest you to right click on the game and try to run as administrator and check.

Step 2: if that doesn't help I suggest you to install game in compatibility mode and check:

Follow the steps below on how to install game in compatibility mode:

1. Download the game from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the game and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the game install and then check the functionality.
