Windows 10: Weird ERR_Connection_reset error with Windows 10

My family needs to use a custom platform for their business from a 3rd party provider and they've realized they are having problems with PCs running Windows 10. They don't have any other problems except this web site or no problem with this website with PCs running Windows 7 but using Windows 10, they are getting ERR_Connection_Reset error randomly.



I've enabled Chrome debug logs and observed the weird pattern below before the problem occurs.

After realizing this, I've made sure device is only connected to 2.4GHz network and has static internal IP but it didn't help. Do you have any idea what it might be related ?



In addition, I've tried to disable antivirus/firewalls, checked IE proxy settings, etc. as well.

'ERR_CONNECTION_RESET'

I get 'ERR_CONNECTION_RESET' message when clicking o 'Log In' on my online banking. Only have this message on my laptop. Can access from my IPAD no bp. All suggestions gratefully received. Thanks

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

when I want to look at say a recipes I receive go to it and get this
