Windows 10: Duplicate Outlook 365 setup on laptop

I only use Outlook 365 on my main PC, so all my mail and contacts, etc, are on that.
I need to undertake a clean re-install on the main PC so as a temporary or perhaps permanent backup measure I want to move all the data to the laptop (which has an un-setup Outlook 365 installation on it - it too has recently had a clean re-install so Office apps are installed but not yet setup on it).
Looking for how to do this I find mixed advice. Some sites imply this is a very complicated process; others say export to a PST and simply move that and open it.
There must be a proper way or better way to setup Outlook 365 for doing this.
Advice on this would be very welcome.

Laptop has latest version of Windows 10 and Office on it, as does current installation on my main PC.

Problems syncing Outlook.com email with Outlook 365 and with Windows Phone

I use my Outlook.com email in three ways:

• via the Web in IE10
• via Outlook 365 on Windows 7 laptop
• via Windows Phone 8 on Lumia 920.

I am experiencing problems syncing with Outlook 365 on Win7 AND with Windows Phone 8 on Lumia 920.



The longer I leave a message in my Inbox, the more copies of that messge will appear duplicated in Outlook 365 on my Win7 laptop. Someone suggested deleting my Outlook.com account from Outlook 365 and then re-adding the account, which actually solved this
problem for a couple of months. Now the problem has returned: multiple duplicates of the same message in my Outlook 365 Inbox. Am I forced to go through this arduous process eveytime this problem happens?



Also, there are some messages that, when deleted using any of three ways listed at the top of this message, will remain in my Windows Phone 8 Inbox. I will repeatedly delete them and these few messages always return to my Windows Phone 8 Inbox.



Please note that when using Outlook 365 or Windows Phone 8, I have no problems syncing with my other two email accounts, which are not Microsoft accounts.



Will someone PLEASE help me fix my two sync problems of my Microsoft account with the Microsoft software and Microsoft hardware?

Office 365 setup help.

How do we setup Office 365?

I tapped on setup and in the list of email servers, I selected Hotmail and put up the credential. Like in NOKIA Faq it asks to sign using outlook but I did it with hotmail. Is it okay? It still shows up option to setup if I tap Office 365 option in 'places.'



Before this I had already setup Email and accounts and using skydrive, but not office 365.

Outlook 365

I recently installed Bulldog vpn and ever since outlook 365 will not connect. Any suggestions to rectify the problem
