Windows 10: Minecraft (Windows 10 edition) Skins not loading

So recently i've logged into Minecraft since I haven't played in a while, I go ahead and choose my skin and join a public server, everything was fine until everyone turned into a blank white skin. Sometimes they're just Steve, Iv'e reinstalled the game multiple times and the same problem is still present. Can anyone tell me why is this happening and how to fix it? I really want to see my own and everyone else's skin but they just won't show up.

Minecraft Skin Packs

I purchased the Sunrise Highschool skin pack by The Hive. I got an email confirmation with my order number and it states my card was successfully charged, but the pack is still locked when I log into my minecraft account and it hasn't shown up under my available
packs link. Is there a step to redeem the pack that I'm missing and isn't clearly stated?

I am playing the win10 edition on pc.

 

Minecraft Win 10 Edition multiplayer skin block

Hi,

I wanna play this version of Minecraft 1.12.1 with friends on my world. Every time i enter a game i got information that my skin is multiplayer restricted although i got normal Steve skin. I cant even change my skin to Alex because it returns to Steve. Reinstaling
MC doesn't help.

Maybe you got some ideas how to solve it? I appreciate all the help

Edit. I saw a lot of posts on reddit so im not alone.
