Windows 10: Downloaded this driver, computer may be broken what did I do?

I downloaded and installed the top driver for my internet adapter from this website:

did i install any viruses or anything i should worry about?

edit: this was on my old pc which has no important files, i just want to know if i did anything i should really worry about

New here and seeking for help: problems with graphic card

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.

I suggest you to put the computer in clean boot mode and try to install the printer drivers.

Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.

I suggest you to try installing drivers in compatibility mode. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.
