Windows 10: printer won't print e-mails

    printing e-mails


    since up-grade to win 10, I cannot print e-mails. gone to print selected my printer, I get the icon in the bottom corner but no email. Gone to the printer and nothing in the queue. Printer works fine elsewhere

    I can no longer print e-mails. A blank page appears when I try to print a message with PRINT and CLOSE at the top.

    The suggestion from 2013 does not work. My printer setting is the default printer
