    I have windows 10 HP Pavilion TS11 Notebook with 64 bit. Version 1903 os.build 18362.56

    After the last install of 2019.11 Cumulative update for windows 10 version 1903 for x64-based system (KB4524570) installed on 9/6, I am now getting a message saying:

    c:\program files\amd\cnext\cnext\amdrsserv.exe.

    A referral was returned from the server.


    I don't why l am getting this now. Can someone help me with this. I am getting the message each time I turn my computer on. All I know that it did not start appearing until Sunday. I was on my notebook on Friday after the update and the message did not appear then.

    I am getting this pop up radeonsettings.exe - bad image the Error Status 0xc0000020 C:\Program Files\AMD\CNext\CNext\QT5Charts.dll

    I have no idea what to do I have read other threads but the error message slightly differs. still no resolution. I have Windows 10 HP Notebook 64bit OS - AMD E2-7110 APU with Radeon R2 Graphics. How can I make this error stop popping up?

    What can i do, i have a Windows 10 Asus LaptopAMD A8 quad core A8-7410

    this error pops up when i power on my laptop, and when i try to open the AMD radeon settings app.

    so what can i do to solve this problem, i have no idea, and i think that its causing the machine to run slower than it should.

    thanks for any help, i hope someone can help me.
