Windows 10: Blue screen after start up

I have OMEN by HP laptop 15-dc0xxx this year and it was running very smoothly. No issues what so ever.


There was an windows update however, I was not in mood to update it at the time because it was always a bad timing for it. Then eventually around a month later I updated it. And since I use this laptop for my internship at the moment. I booted it the next day and normal login screen or sometimes I even log in normally, then my screen suddenly has blue screen.


The stopcode: SYSTME SERVICE EXCEPTION

what failed: rtf64x64.sys


And it seems that it is a Realtek packet driver problem since I pretty much uninstalled every possible windows update and it still gets blue screen. However I keep searching and I have no idea how to fix this driver since every website I visit is different

Screen goes blue / black on start of atitool

i tried 0.26 and the new beta but its the same... if i start atitool the screen immidiately goes blue or black and i have to reboot... the computer doesnt really hang but the screen seems to be lost.
any suggestions? i dont have any other programs running, i dont even want to OC my card i just want to have control over the fan speed, i have a x1800xt btw.
