  1. How to make file sharing more productive at the office? (Noob Question)

Hi guys! First time poster here at r/Windows10.

My personal computer has been on Win10, we just upgraded our workstations at the office to Win10 as well. I usually work off my laptop - as the designer, I often take my laptop places and around the warehouse if need be. We have a shared drive where I keep most of my updated files there after transferring it. The thing is, I'm sick of dragging and dropping my folders and files to the shared drive.

What's a good productivity shortcut for this? Moving all my files on the shared drive and creating a shortcut in my directories so I'm always working out of the shared drive? Is there something from Win10 or Microsoft where I can mirror the files without having duplicates or any other issues?

I'm not sure if there is a one stop solution or if you there's just some advice you can give me but I appreciate it. I can work my way around the environment very well, just not up to date on all the gadgets and things that are available for this kind of stuff.

We used to use a Homegroup. My computer crashed and had to reload Windows 10. Trying to log in to the homegroup and it does not work. No way to delete it. I need a way to share the files on my computer with others in the office. Any suggestions?
