Windows 10: Can't get passed windows 10 pro 1703

I have a new pc build.

I have windows 10 pro installed. At first i tried installing the latest software. But 1909 crashes and reboots. it'll do that a couple times before going into recover mode. I tried going backwards to see if i could find something stable. The earliest I can get is version 1703. This is pretty out dated at this point but if i update passed this the pc will crash. I wouldn't mind just staying in 1703 but none of my nvidia drivers are compatible. here is my current build.


Yes, i have tried doing the "golden" clean install. Media creation tool doesn't affect anything. I had to get 1703 from an iso site. (and yes, i do own a legal key that i bought) I've reinstalled cleanly a billion times now. idk what to do.

How to update or re-install Windows 10 Pro 1703 15063 296?


I have downloaded Original ISO from Microsoft website - Windows 10 Pro 1703 15063 296. My Desktop PC has version Windows 10 Pro 1607 14393 1066. I want to upgrade or re-install Windows 10 Pro to version 1703 15063 296 with the downloaded ISO file. Please advice me how to go about it.
I have created with the ISO, one bootable DVD for this purpose. . I have also downloaded another file KB4016871 -if I need it for update.
Please advice me step by step

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application
