    Blurry screen at logon


    I am running Windows 10 1903. When I start my PC, the screen goes blurry and I am unable to change it.

    Advise ASAP a workaround because I cannot get into safe mode to fix it

    Is there any way around an issue where a Windows 10 screen goes blurry at fresh boot logon when there is no logon option showing? I have not been able to get it into safe boot with all standard methods.

    Can you explain a little further?

    When you initially boot a system, you get a lock screen. Is this the one that is blurry?

    If you hit the spacebar, you should go to the logon screen so I assume this part is not working at all?

    Any info on what video device you have on your system? I am wondering if this is tied to a specific device or manufacturer..

    You can set your system to boot into Safe Mode if you have Install or recovery media. But I have not seen anyone repair the situation by going into Safe Mode. You could change the video drivers there, if that happened to be the problem. But since it isn't
    giving anyone a log on option, a video driver may not be the problem.

    No one has a fingerprint of face logon option? Does rebooting, if you have that option, give any difference in behavior?
