Windows 10: Windows 365 on New HP Envy x360 loosing web sites

I cannot enter data on various websites. The screen blanks out. I am retired and have no access to support and most of the explanation I read are written by Geeks who apparently do not understand that most of us don't understand their industry jargon. Very frustrating and not very customer friendly. How do I fix this problem?

When you reinstalled drivers did you manually install them from the HP web site or did you use the HP support assistant?
