Windows 10: I received a popup notice saying I need to validate my account in order to fix some errors

I received a popup notice saying I need to validate my account in order to fix some errors....something to do with "sharing".... maybe you don't accept my login?

Out of date notice popup

I keep getting the notice that my settings are out of date but I cannot find the issue. How do I fix it and stop the notice popup?

 

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
