Windows 10: 12/12/2019 after windows update wifi bluetooth turn off by itsel

Hi Alk Windows Expert,


After I have update windows 10 reboot and wifi bluetooth turn off by itself and never come back and now I need to purchase device to repair fix this.

1.) Run wifi bluetooth troubleshooter ask to check driver and check wifi are on but slide to turn on and automatically go back off by itself.still the same

2.)did check under device manager power management confirm power off are unchecked. Still the same

3.)remove first then reinstall latest wifi bluetooth driver for W10. Still the same.

4.) Reset windows 10 and reinstall but. still the same

5.) Advise from own friends and family member is to get a new tablet pc but advise from company team member are try on wifi bluetooth USB device before purchase new tablet pc

5.)now on the way to challenger to purchase wifi bluetooth usb device to fix it

Windows critical update for 11/5/2019 ruined my bluetooth

This critical update is not listed there, for 11/5/2019 i see only Definition Updates for windows defender antivirus and in Drivers section i see only my attempts to update or reinstall Intel® Wireless Bluetooth®
and there is written 'Intel Cotporatoin - Bluetooth - 1/8/2019 12:00:00 AM - 20.100.3.1 (3); Last failed install attempt on 12/5/2019 - 0x8024ce0a'

 

Streaming music on bluetooth disconnects wifi


Having upgraded form 8.1 to Windows 10 I now find that streaming music on bluetooth disconnects wifi. It does this every time within a few minuets. (Bluetooth and Adapter drivers are up to date.) I have changed the virgin super hub from channel 1 to 12 but problem remains)
Any suggestions?

WMP 12 in Windows 10

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10, but my music library is empty in WMP 12. I have deleted the library database, changed music locations and added into "organize" and still no listing in the library. Can anyone suggest how I can get my library back
and hence play music in WMP 12?
