Windows 10: IsDone.dll not compatible

When trying to install a game, I keep getting a IsDone.dll error. I have tried multiple solutions e.g installing in safe mode but the problem seems to be the file itself. I installed and copied a fresh IsDone.dll file from the internet to the System32 and SysWOS64 folders but the problem persists. I tried running a cmd command prompt (regsvr32 isdone.dll) but it comes up with an error saying the files are not compatible with my system. Help?

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

I think I have narrowed down my mobo selection to the ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus but, the reviews suggest checking the Qualified Vendors List for memory on the ASUS site as this board can be particular. The information is not currently available. It was suggested in one review that the compatiblity of memory to this board on their list was not accurate. Many other reviews suggest no problems with memory compatibility.

Can anyone tell me if the Corsair XMS2 2gb (2x1gb)- DDR2/800 Twin2X2408-6400 would work troule free on this ASUS board?

Another question....I am planning to use an Intel Core 2DUO E6400 Conroe 2.13ghz on this board. What the heck do I use for a heatsink? There are so many to choose from and I know nothing about them....
