Windows 10: Core Temp Going Jumping Up & Down on Acer Laptop

I have an Acer Aspire E15-522 ........ this laptop when i did the serial number search - https://www.acer.com/ac/en/CA/content/support-product/5994?b=1&pn=NX.MWHAA.007&sn=62103048676

When playing a game called Second Life even in a place with no lag what so ever I see my Processor Load Jump of these tempatures below

From 40% to 80% to 50% to 90% then back down it constainly jumps more up and down since I installed the Windows Update 1909.

I'm wondering if I should be considering taking this laptop in to see why or if it's something normal or what not???

Even with Firefox up its at 29 and then jumps to 36 then back down so please let me know if this is normal or not.

Thanks for the reply. I did what you have suggested. But the thing is jump
list items are shortcuts to the files and/or folders not the files and/or folders themselves. Now the %temp%, temp and prefetch folders are empty but the links to jump-list still remains. So now when I click on them, it shows me this.



Can you suggest something else?

Core 2 Duo for laptop CQ40-314TU

I have found something about CPU Upgrade on the Intel's Website, the manufacturer of my laptop's chipset (GM45 Chipset). Currently, the CPU which this laptop is using (Dual Core T3400) is NOT in this list: Intel product specifications
The laptop's chipset also support Core 2 Extreme Technology, which I think the latest CPU Technology.
I have another laptop called Acer Aspire 5572ANWXMi that is using the chipset 945GM which support the T7600 (like you suggested) and it is in this list: Intel product specifications

 

Windows 10 jump lists showing temp files

Hi,

This is Sahaj.

I have disabled jump lists in start menu and task bar as well. Although I have pinned some of my folder shortcuts in explorer's jump list.

Now whenever I install some programs in my system, this jump list comes with files from 'temp' folder as shown in figure below! They remain there even if my 'temp' folder is empty.

How to remove them? They keep coming!
