Windows 10: Microsoft Store issues (masterchief collection and Itunes)

Ok, so im having two separate issues that i believe to be interconnected as one did not crop up until the other did.

I have Xbox Game Pass, and through that i have the Masterchief Collection installed on my windows 10 computer. i had been able to play several times with no issues in the past. now since then i attempted to download Itunes off the Windows Store to which it has failed even starting the download several times. now i have no way (That i can see) of even stopping the attempted download of Itunes. Today i tried to play some more Halo Reach and the game will start to launch but right as it would be getting into the menu it closes the window and opens the Windows Store on the Masterchief collection page with no warnings error messages or anything. i cannot for the life of me figure out whats wrong (no error message? REALLY?!?!) but the only thing that has changed is the continuing failure of itunes "Downloading"

If you are accessing iTunes store on Windows PC and want the artwork scaling to be 125%, then please perform the below steps and check.

1. Press Windows + I key from the keyboard to launch Windows Settings.
   
2. Click on the System icon.
   
3. Click on Display on the left pane, and click on the
   Custom scaling link under Scale and layout on the right pane.
   
4. Enter a custom scaling size 125% you want and click on
   Apply.
   
5. Click on Sign out now to apply.

Microsoft solitaire collection

If the issue persists, I suggest you to uninstall and re-install the

Microsoft Solitare Collection Issues

I tried all of the steps here which prior to this I had reset the Windows Store as well as Microsoft Solitare Collection so I did it again by first trying steps 1 & 2 but this did not resolve the problem so I also did the other steps in your instructions
and this did not resolve the issue either. Every time I open the app after a fraction of a second it crashes my computer. I am thinking of refreshing Windows but I would like to know if you have other suggestions instead.
