Windows 10: Steam PC Gaming App and Xbox Live

I currently use Steam to stream PC games on my Windows 10 PC. I have been using Xbox Live to save my game data as I play. For some reason my game I've been playing disappeared from my Xbox Live account, and now I'm unable to launch my game via the Steam App. Steam doesn't really have a support team to help with this. They are pointing their finger at Rockstar (the creator of the game), and Rockstar is pointing their finger at Microsoft. I haven't found a support agent at Microsoft that can explain why my game data is missing. Is there anybody out there that can help? Maybe another gamer who uses this Steam app with their Windows 10 PC? I've disabled my Spyware app and my Antivirus Software to ensure the game runs smoothly, and it hasn't helped. The game won't launch, and I'm running out of options. Can somebody please help!?

We appreciate your response and cooperation regarding this matter. Based on your reply, it appears that you need to enable the Xbox services to ensure that the app is up and running. You may follow the steps below to enable Xbox Live services:

• Press the Start button and type Services on the search box.
• On the list of services, look for Xbox Live Auth Manager,
  Xbox Live Game Save, and Xbox Live Networking Service.

The next steps should be done to the three mentioned services above:

• Right click on the service and select Properties.
• Set the Startup type to Automatic. If the service isn't started, click
  Start.
• Save the changes.
• Launch the Xbox App and sign in to your account again.

Let us know if you are able to sign in after performing the suggested solutions above.
