  1. Full screen Games Causing Black screen (Monitor "Disconnects") before Crashing

I encountered lots of issues with my PC so far, and at the end of the day I just decided to reinstall Windows fresh. While for the moment the computer is usable, I encountered an odd problem that occurs while playing

Whenever I boot a game into full screen mode, it will work fine for a bit before the screen ends up turning completely black. Eventually, the monitor will say it has no signal. The game audio does play in the background, before it eventually cuts out to the 'pc crashed' audio. I don't even get a BSOD, I have to manually shut off my PC to turn it off

This occurs in any Fullscreen mode whether it be Fullscreen, or Fullscreen-Borderless etc. Running in Windowed mode seems to work fine. My GPU was was/is working fine so I don't think it's a temperature/hardware issue, but I feel like there is something wrong with the drivers, only I don't know what to do about them. There isn't really any logs I can check out since I have to manually restart it each time

The only logs I did find that had stuff to do with GPU related things were:

    Application Logs: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlG8QRyMLDBTiWTd4z_zjFKc9myf?e=mnaKHA

    System Logs: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlG8QRyMLDBTiWP0HGRPmk0jMLYL?e=XSR9Wi

I really would like any advice on this and any help would be appreciated

    :)
