Windows 10: Trying to uninstall a program that doesn't appear in Apps and Features

I have this program that opens with startup which really slows thing down and it will reopen randomly while using my pc.

Polarography.exe, i think it might be a virus or just malware or something.

I googled it and cant find any record of what its for.

Either way i want it gone, i did a virus scan but nothing comes up so i figured i'd manually uninstall.

But it doesnt appear in the list of apps in apps and features.

When i try to go straight to the source through properties it takes me to the user folder in my C drive but theres nothing there.

How can i find this program at its source and get it off my computer for good.

Uninstalling Difficult Programs

Try uninstalling norton when it doesn`t want to go. Services , registry entries , startup entries , "extra" programs....! AAArrrggghhhh !

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Repairing or removing programs

To uninstall programs, go to Settings.

• On the Start menu, then select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

If you are still unable to uninstall the program, follow the steps below.

• In Search, enter Control Panel and select Control Panel.
• Select Programs > Programs and Features, then select the program.
• Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
  
• Follow the directions on the screen.

my 3Dprinter doesn´t appear

My 3D printer doesn´t appear on when I open 3D builder on the left popup to choose printer.

Is it need to do any previous step?? I thought It was plug and play. the printer is an UP Plus2 from Tiertime so, it is one of the recommended partners manufaturers. any message of error just doesnçt possible to send the prin.
