Windows 10: Problem removing restoro from laptop

Hello folks

I have a problem with a keyboard, in that the use of certain letters keep failing to register when pressed. I have reinstated the sections from the Drivers by uninstalling and reinstalling many times which seemed to work for a short time but later failed to sort the problem.

I used Web programmes to test the keyboard and their use indicated that the keys all worked but there "could" be problem with the drivers.


Thinking that I had a corrupt set of drivers, in my stupidity I loaded RESTORO thinking it "may" help, but this action has now proved a bit of a nightmare to remove.


I looked for ways to remove the programme & was advised to use the standard way to remove a programme through the "Uninstall" way via Control Panel etc.


I then looked at the Registry & saw that there were still references to the programme there.


I saw that there were several ways to check that this could be removed but am now stuck with these remnants in the registry.


I followed instructions to try remove RESTORO from my laptop through the Malwarebytes programme,


The Malwarebytes programme did identify some PUP references and they were removed from the laptop, but when I checked on the registry I can still see references to the RESTORO programme.



My question is this.

HOW can I rid the offending bits from the Registry as if there are still remnants there which cannot be removed, then the "infection" STILL HAS A POTENTIAL TO RESTART.

I will try that... do you think I have complete access to replace the monitor cable without dismantling the laptop from step 1? *Eek!
Tbh it's a bit scary.
