Windows 10: Help there is a problem while im making in-app purchases!

so recently i was repetitively making in-app purchases, after a couple of them i was no longer able to make in-app purchases anymore! is there any reason for this? and how do i get rid of it?

Method 1: You can suggest this troubleshooter for Windows apps issues.

Method 2: Use the following steps, checking after each step to see if the issue is resolved.

• Run WSReset.exe.
• Re-register Windows Store by running the following commands in a CMD window started as Administrator:
  

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest

Cannot Make In App Purchases

• Are you facing the same issue when you trying to install free apps?
• Does the issue persist only to purchased apps?

Unable to make in-app purchases

Problem: Unable to make in-app purchases within apps bought at Windows Store

This problem:

• affects all my devices (desktop Win10, laptop Win10 and Surface RT)
• has been around for some months, when the laptop and desktop ran Win8.1
• would therefore seem to be a problem with my account, although I can't find any problem there
• doesn't affect me buying an actual app within Windows Store, just throws up an error code when I try and make an in-app purchase

All Windows Update settings are apparently as they should be.

Has anyone any ideas?
