Windows 10: Blue Screen Error: "UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION", Lenovo Y700, Win10 64b Edu

I got a blue screen error shortly after I started to work with my Laptop (I had just my usual external monitor connected with an HDMI and I was just browsing a couple of webpages).
It was saying "UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION".

After 2-3h of waiting the collection of information before restarting was still 0% complete.

I had to turn off manually.

I tried to update Windows, my antivirus (BitDefender), the NVIDIA drivers, Intel drivers (with the Intel update tool), Lenovo Drivers (with the Lenovo tool), and I checked manually every individual driver for automatic updates on the Device Manager.

I then run SFC and it gave an error message, even when I repeated it after restarting windows in safe mode:
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 70% complete.
Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

I then run DISM and found to issues:
"No component store corruption detected."
"The restore operation completed successfully."

It has been a while (months) that my laptop has blue screen errors when I use the sleep function, but usually it turns down automatically after that.
This time it was different.

What else can I do to prevent further issues?

OS: Windows 10 64bit Education build 17763, Version 10.0.17763.914
BIOS: CDCN25WW
