Windows 10: The keys on my keyboards do not respond. Help!

Sorry for formatting, I am on mobile. A little backstory: I have two keyboards, a Corsair K95 Platinum, and this off-brand RGB. Before the keys stopped responding, I was playing BeamNG.drive. I was playing with the camera settings on there, and then all of a sudden, the keys on my Corsair stopped working, but the volume slider, next song, pause, previous song, brightness, and change profile buttons all worked. No problem, I thought. So I plugged in my wireless keyboard and I tried it out. No response from the keys on that one either. So now I have decided to contact you. I don't know if this is a system failure, so any solutions?

Follow the steps below to open On-screen Keyboard.

  Windows + Q, type OSK (on-screen keyboard)

  And check if it works
  

Step 2: Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.

I would suggest you to use the On Screen Keyboard by click on Ease of access login to the computer and then follow the below methods.



Uninstall keyboard driver and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard.
• Right on the Keyboard driver and click on Uninstall.
• Install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website.

my keyboard desktop numbers key not responding

There are two number keys on a keyboard, the Number Pad found at the right-side of the keyboard and the ones above the letter keys. We'd like to ask a few questions to help us identify why it's not responding:

• Were there any newly installed updates or applications on the device?
• Are you able to remember when did it start happening?
• What have you done so far to resolve this?
• Which number keys are unresponsive, above the letter keys or the Number Pad?
