Windows 10: Outlook 2010 Backup

I am running Windows 10 Pro Version 1903 on my laptop. I have Outlook 2010 Version 14.0.7237.5000 32-bit from Office 2010. I have 2 profiles set for my laptop. Profile 2 Outlook exports perfectly to a .pst file. Profile 1 doesn't export and gives the following error: "The operation failed. An object cannot be found." I don't know what object is missing. Is there a file or files that can be copied not compressed to another folder/drive to create a backup? I'm buying another laptop and need to transfer these files.

You can use the automatic tool for taking Outlook 2010 backup. Microsoft provides the automatic built in add-in to backup Outlook data. It is called as Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders Backup tool. To add it in Outlook 2010 check the information provided here -

Sync Outlook on windows mobile 6.5 with Outlook 2010

Sigh...ok...so if I want to be able to sync my contacts, notes, tasks, etc from Outlook 2010, I need to de install Office 2010 64bit and reinstall the 32 bit version? What steps from the list below am I missing:

1. backup .pst files from Outlook.

2. uninstall Office 2010 64bit

3. install Office 2010 32bit.

4. import/restore .pst files

5. connect windows mobile phone via usb and follow instructions for setting up sync.

Will that cover it?
