Windows 10: S Mode switch does nothing...

Hello, I recently bought a new laptop. So I go to download something online, it says I can't because I'm not in S Mode, so I click learn more. It takes me to the Microsoft Store, I click get, but nothing happens. The get bar is grey for a little bit, then it turns blue again. So I click it. Nothing. After a couple clicks, I realize that it's no use. So I search up something along the lines of "s mode not working" and I find a comment that says to reset the cache on the Windows Store. So in the Cortana search bar I type "wsreset".

It comes up, I click it, and wait. Eventually, it goes away and the Windows Store pops back up. I search S Mode, click the blue get bar, and nothing happens. Again. Now I am writing this. Please help, and thank you.

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.

 

Switching out of S Mode

I am having trouble switching my laptop out of S Mode. I went through the steps that are listed, and the Windows Store is updated and it won't let me click Get when you go to the screen to switch out of S mode.
