  2. Windows 10 Greyscale

    hello microsofts,

    plise help me:

My desktop is in greyscale however the lock-screen and "CTRL-ALT-DELETE" menu is still in colour.

When i try the shortcut "CTRL-WINDOWS KEY-C" shortcut,it makes my lockscreen and "CTRL-ALT-DELETE" menu turn greyscale also.

Is there a way to make the desktop go back to colour?

    Notes:

Monitor is ACER KG221Q and i had a yellow "75" in the corner of my screen, however i am not sure if this is relevant.

I appreciate all help and apologise for my poor english.

I am quite new to computers so would appreciate extra clarification in any steps.
