Antimalware Service Executable MsMpEng.exe - 100% ram usage

Hello, as the subject says my antimalware service executable is taking all remaining ram that I have unused, this happens only when i run Monster Hunter World: Iceborne for about one hour. I have windows defender turned off and use malwarebyte and bitdefender. I have tested with both of them turned on and off and added exclusions to both monster hunter and msmpeng and it still starts using all my ram. I have tested with all antimalwares turned off and it still turn on after one hour. Antimalware Service Executable MsMpEng.exe - 100% ram usage 3e6e7eda-5dfa-43f7-8bf1-1a7c35dd4bc4?upload=true.png
