Windows 10: 2020-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems KB4534293 -...

Hey, so ever since I got this PC back in January of 2019, ive been on 1803 since then, and i haven't been able to update it ONCE, so I've been stuck on this version for a year now, which is very out of date, since this version is running out of support soon. I've tried many methods. I've tried using command prompt, doing the troubleshoot process, trying to update it when in safe mode, and even tried doing manual updates and trying to clear updates that weren't needed. I am SO lost, since this version was out before I even had my computer. I just REALLY want to find a fix to this, and FAST. I'm worried for my system health and safety. I'm not a tech person, so I have no clue what I can do. Although, I was told that 0x80070002 was about missing or corrupted files, mainly dlls I think. Hope I have an answer soon, since other people I know have the newest update except me! P.S. I really dont want to have to do a reset and lose all my stuff, I hate doing that.

I have tried numerous times to install this update. It gives this message:

Any advise would be appreciated.
