Windows 10: Feature update 1903 - error code 0xa0000400

I'm facing trouble when ever I tried to update my windows 10. I've tried Disk clean up utility and also detached other USB devices while upgrading. I'm using windows 10 education pro with the version 1809. Please help me to get this error off.
