Windows 10: Can someone help me because I'm about to lose my mind

I just switched out my old hard drive for a new SSD and I transferred windows over just fine. I tried to backup my files using "file history" and for some reason it backed up 4 different times onto am external hard drive. When I swapped out drives I plugged in the external drive to move my stuff back over, it just didnt work. I can move over individual files just fine from the file explorer but it says that there are NO file history backups even though I made FOUR. moving round in the advanced stuff I found an option to use an old backup and 3 of the 4 are there, but when I click on that it says "access denied" and gives no instructions on how to get access. This whole thing is a fucking stupid system because my files are on the ext drive but it won't restore them, and anytime I try to turn on file history it makes a brand new backup if NOTHING BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING. I'm using the same windows account I made the backups on and it won't let me do it. Also it seems like half of my files are missing– I cant find program files or program files(x86) anywhere and those seem like the most important things to have. Even if I went out and bought a sata to USB cable to transfer directly between my old hdd and my new ssd I wouldn't be able to because if I move a file folder over it says its empty and would have to move it file by file. Also every file I move over has a stupid blue "restored" logo on it that i cant get rid of. Isnt this what file history is supposed to do? What the hell is the point of backing up if i cant fucking ACCESS MY FILES.

The only thing it seemed to remember was my wallpaper and I have no idea how someone please help me I just want to get my stuff moved over it shouldn't be this hard and I know my way around a computer this would be impossible for a normie

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
