Windows 10: PLS HELP!!!! explorer.exe weird restart loop Windows 10

This happened a few days ago and I have yet to find the solution

Everytime I click "view hidden files", all the icons on my desktop goes missing, and when I click on the desktop again it instantly restarts and crashes when I click again. If I leave the computer alone for 5 minutes, everything goes back to normal. Same thing happens when I boot my computer, just blank desktop with wallpaper, you cannot click on the desktop for several minutes or else it crashes instantly and you have to wait again. This also happens when I try to change desktop background, the explorer instantly freezes and you have to leave the explorer alone for 5+ minutes.

So It's like explorer had become suddenly extremely slow but its not really slow because everything else worked fast

When I use Event Viewer I always get those 2 events:

I always get those 2 logs when explorer crashes.

for the first one: The program explorer.exe version 10.0.18362.449 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

for Winlogon: The shell stopped unexpectedly and explorer.exe was restarted.



Also, the file transfer seems to be stuck at 0% for a long time, and then instantly copy the files.

I've tried sfc /scannow and found nothing, my computer was never like this before. Something really strange happened the past few days...

And no, I don't think it's virus on my PC as I've scanned with multiple anti spyware and antivirus a couple of times already and everything seems to be fine.

This doesn't make any sense at all, if anyone knows what to do please help me identify the issue.
