Windows 10: How to get full Ram Usable in windows 10?

My name is oualid, I am the founder of https://hostbut.com , I have installed windows 10 32bit for workstations.

as you see in the below picture, Ram usable is: 2.44 GB, I am tried to solve this problem but i don't get full ram usable 4gb.

please support help me to fix this problem.

Maximum RAM usable on windows 10 x64

I've upgraded my Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with 8GB RAM to Windows 10 Pro x64. But after upgrade to Windows 10 System Properties displayed that RAM detected is 8GB, but only 6,9GB usable. Why windows 10 x64 only detect 6,9GB RAM? In windows 7 8GB RAM detected

Usable RAM

The RAM is recognized. In BIOS it shows exact amount installed, Windows also shows exact amount installed but limits usable RAM.

 

Windows 10 usable ram

The reason your are not seeing the full 4Gb of ram is because this is by design, some of that space is used by you different hardware components and is not available to the operating system and applications. The amount you can use varies, depending on what
hardware you have installed, but can range from as little as 2GB to as much as 3.5GB. It's usually around 3.1GB, and you are very close to that.

The reduction in available system memory depends on the configuration of the following

• The devices that are installed in the computer and the memory that is reserved by those devices.
• The ability of the motherboard to handle memory.
• The System BIOS version and settings.
• The version of Windows 10 that is being used.
  
• Other system settings.

Note The amount of usable memory in the examples are not exact amounts. Usable memory is a calculated amount of the total physical memory minus "hardware reserved" memory.
