Windows 10: the exception unknown software exception 0xe0434f4d occurred in the application at location...

I recently reset my computer and now whenever I log off it displays this message and I have to X out of the message before I can shut down and when I log back in it blue screens but the colors of the blue screen are inverted. can anyone help me with this? also a lot of the games I play run slower now

When I close down the computer it shows the message

What does it mean and how can I solve the problem?
