Windows 10: Can't adjust Junk Mail settings on Windows 10

The past day or so I've been getting an unusual amount of spam email. I went to check my filtering settings by: 1 Going to Outlook.com, 2 Clicked on "Settings," 3 Clicked "View all Outlook settings," 4 Clicked "Mail," 5 then Clicked "Junk Email," then my page went right back to my current list of received emails. I tried about 5 times, but could never get to the Filters section. Any ideas?

A right click on any email should offer the option to Move to Junk.





The setting for blocking certain domains is usually found within the settings of the mail program, for example if you had a Gmail account you would access the Gmail settings via the internet Gmail account (mail.google.com) and go into settings where you can adjust the filters and blocked domains.

 

Windows Live Mail Junk not junk

I don't see those options on my Hotmail account....on the web <---- I access my email from on the web, not on my desktop. Here is a pic of my Junk mail folder....on the web...






Hotmail.com AND Outlook.com are same mail programs.....on the web....

 

Junk Mail folder in Windows 10 mail is not called "Junk Mail"

The issue regarding Junk Email named as HM_BulkMail_ may have occurred due to some changes in the settings or an update in the Mail app is not compatible with the device. To isolate your concern, we'd like to ask the following:

• What's the domain name of the email account you're using in Mail app?
  
• Have you made any recent changes prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
