Windows 10: Microsoft Surface Keyboard and Mouse keep disconnecting even though in the bluetooth screen...

My surface keyboard and mouse just stop working. Even when I am actively using them. I have to go back into the bluetooth settings and click on the surface keyboard and then it starts working again. Also, it says they are connected when I do that. I checked all drivers and such however when I go to the keyboard and mouse driver it says its from 2006 but says when i update that i have the latest driver. Any help will be appreciative.

Arc Bluetooth mouse not working properly with Surface 3

Experienced same issue, disconnecting Arc Mouse then reconnect worked fine, but not mouse interaction.

Below steps worked for me:

• Remove all Bluetooth connected devices, including Surface Type Cover and Surface Pen.
• Disconnected the Surface Type Cover then reconnect. It will reinstall tand connect the device.
• Then Add Bluetooth devices including Surface Pen and last but not least Arc Bluetooth Mouse.

Everything works fine again.

Bluetooth mouse & keyboard disconnecting repeatedly

Hi guys!

Over the last couple weeks I have been having an issue with my bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Both disconnect out of the blue and only work again upon rebooting my Laptop.

- My bluetooth is always on
- My bluetooth states that both the mouse and keyboard are successful connected
- My drivers are up to date for both bluetooth devices

Can't seem to find a solution.
