Windows 10: Xbox Game Downloaded on PC wont start up.

It wont let me Terminate my installed game "Ark Survival evolved" because when I try to start it up, it brings me to a picture of the game where it try's to boot up the game, and then the picture disappears like a second later... I don't know how to fix that, I'm guessing one or some of the files didn't download and/or are missing, so I think if I "Terminate" the game it should remove all of its files, so I can re-download the game and hope it works that time. BUT it wont let me "Terminate" it HELP PLEASEEEEE.

My Xbox game wont start

After I downloaded the game, "Assassin's Creed Black Flag" i tried starting the game, but instead it says that the game will start soon AND after that it says that it wont start at to enter the code 0x80073cfe into xbox.com/errorhelp and when I enter the
code in it says that it doesn't exist. I've tried unplugging everything to my xbox, restarting the xbox, and reinstalling the game, but it just keeps saying the same thing every single time please help

 

Where are my downloaded Games?

Games downloaded from the Microsoft Store website or through the Windows Store app are added in the Xbox app's Game list. To access this, kindly perform the following steps:

• Select the Start button, then select Xbox.
• Sign in using the Microsoft account you've used to download the game.
  
• Select My games. Games you have on that device will appear there.

If you can't see the game, it may be because the game was not automatically added on your Game list. To add it, proceed with the steps below:

• Select the Start button, then select Xbox.
• Sign in using the Microsoft account you've used to download the game.
• Select My games.
• Select Add a game from your PC.
• You'll see a scrollable list of all Win32 games and programs that have
  Start menu shortcuts. From the list, find Solitaire HD and add it to your
  My games menu so you can quickly browse for and launch the game.
• Once you've selected your choices, select Add selected games at the bottom of the pop-up window.
