    Microsoft account

    I just bought two systems, one for me and one for my wife.

    Upon installing win 10, I am asked to enter or create an account. Now I do have a MS account, but my wife does not. My questions is/are:

    1. Can I use the same my account for both systems?
    2. What are the benefits if she has an account too although she said she does not want one
    3. Does the family account require for her to have an account too?

    I have resisted for so long to get anything with windows 10 because I just plain do not like the GUI, but with a new system there is just no escaping unless I go unix/linux but wifey wouldn’t likey ;

    And now the bombshell dropped and Win 7 is no longer patched.

    End of life bip bip bip -^-^-^------- beeeeeee.

    Can anybody give me some pointers to my questions above or add some wisdom?

    :)

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
      Code:
      net user test /del
