Windows 10: Why does Outlook 2019 want a pin number ...

when I don't use one. Purchased Outlook 2019 and it worked okay for a couple of days. The one day it starts up with a message to enter a pin number.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?


All emails still work except the main account where Outlook wants a pin. Geez!


Then one time when checking my other emails there was a message stating that Outlook 2019 was not activated. Well it was okay!

Office 2019

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

Adjusting font size in Outlook folder list (2016/2019)

Hi folks
Is there a way to get this screen in Outlook 2016/2019.

Here in Outlook 2010 you can easily adjust the font size and type in the folder list (navigation pane) and other things which makes it much more readable on a large monitor - sometimes default fonts are too tiny - especially when viewed on large screens !!





I can't seem to get to similar screens in Outlook 2016/2019.
In Some places you can't set size either - you just get choice of small, large, larger !!!!!!! definitely a retrograde step IMO.

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?
