Windows 10: Well, I've mysteriously been locked out of my account with no explanation. So, how do I...

So I have gotten the infamous:

"Your account has been locked
We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account."

Now, I'm pretty sure I wasn't doing anything different from normal or wrong but at some point between mid day when I was using my computer and when I woke up, went to work and decided to check MS rewards at noon... I no longer had access xbox, onedrive, office, outlook, my minecraft realm, etc.

Thanks whatever script is out there doing this stuff all automated-like.

I filled out the form, and no contact for almost a week. I have read other posts about this and apparently I'm in for a long ride while all of my services and software and games are being held hostage. Maybe my account will magically be unlocked in three months. Maybe it never will and no one will ever send me an update or reply.

But, here is the most important thing I need to know before I install linux on everything and go buy a ps4.

How can I access the one drive Personal Vault if I can't log in to my account. For obvious reasons I put lots of important things in there and now it's sitting in a hidden place on my drive unable to be accessed, found, or decrypted?

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
