Windows 10: Keyboard auto typing along with arrow keys and enter

Trying to fix my friends Laptop. His disk space was at 100% which I fixed just fine but we had a second issue to fix as well which was Microsoft edge would open but not do anything and would also make the disk space 100%. Tried everything for hours and nothing worked so I decided to reinstall windows which didn't work because for some reason I was missing media drivers during the windows installation(used my PC and usb for this which I've done plenty of times before) so I then reset the Laptop because I couldn't access these drivers and apon reset when I logged in the keyboard is continuously typing P, the arrow keys are moving what you can click for enter and when I go to device manager so I can uninstall and reinstall the drivers for the keyboard, its clicking enter on browse faster than I can click on uninstall and or reinstall. Which when it browses it's saying the driver is up to date. If I try hitting windows+L to lock keyboard it just puts up the screen saver and I tried to lock the keyboard through CRL+ALT+DEL but that didn't do anything. So now I'm at a lose as to what I can do to fix the keyboard issue. I'm assuming on one of the resets the keyboard drivers got messed up.

Enter, Backspace , Arrow keys not working

For now, let’s try the simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps. Follow the below methods.

Method 1.

I suggest you to run hardware troubleshooter to diagnose the exact issue. It will automatically detect the problem and fix it.

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Small icon on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  Hardware and Device.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the Hardware troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Hardware troubleshooter.
  

If the issue still persist, try the below methods.

Method 2.

I suggest you to uninstall/reinstall the keyboard driver and check.

• 
  Press Windows Key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Locate for the Keyboard and click on it to expand.
  
• 
  Right click on the keyboard and click on
  uninstall.
  
• 
  Once you are done uninstalling the driver, restart the computer. It will automatically install the keyboard driver.
  

If this doesn’t help to fix the issue. I suggest you to update the keyboard driver. Skip step3 from the above steps and right click on the
device and click on update.

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?
