Windows 10: Games, Window's search bar, and other icons wont open and just keep loading

So it started yesterday i was playing modern warfare and the game froze then it crashed and it restarted and everything but when I loaded up discord it took forever until it finally loaded but twitch has been saying "validating files" the whole time, the windows search bar just keeps loading forever and when I try to play a game like rainbow six siege it never launches, other icons don't load as well like AMD radeon software the only few things that launch are discord minecraft google chrome and spotify but evrything else is just loading and wont open. Also in setting when I try to check for an update it freezes on " view update history" I don't know whats going on and its giving me a major headache so if anybody could help it is much appriciated.

Icons not displaying in search bar and apps wont load from search bar

Some of my apps are not showing their icons in the search bar also some apps wont open from the search bar, i cant seem to figure out if this is all the same problem or two different problems i would really like my apps to open from the search bar

 

want to open game bar, but win+G repeatedly asks if "want to open game bar?"

I suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps listed in fix problems with Game bar
on Windows 10 and check if it works.
