Windows 10: Un-blacklist?

Recently my father complained about websites crashing and only showing strange geometric symbols. I figured out that data transfer to data collection sites like vortex.data.microsoft.com vortex-win.data.microsoft.com were responsible so I ran Destroy Windows Spying, which stopped the problem, but no longer allows him to get the “pretty pictures” on msn.com. I tried restoring but it would not work for unspecified reasons. How can I un-blacklist websites?

If your IP address has been blacklisted and you want to investigate, you will need to visit the blacklist's website, where you should see general listing reasons. If you find out why you were blacklisted, you can try to get it reversed. You may want to get
in touch with the Network Provider for assistance.

Blacklisted Problem

I've looked into this previously for a friend, and apparently blacklisted phones are done by the IMEI code which is given to all UK networks, so you're not likely to have any luck with it here.

There's a couple of options open to you...

If you paid via paypal, you should be able to file a claim, and possibly get your money back

(unless the description stated that's it's not working, or that the seller couldn't guaruntee whether it's working)

Alternatively, you could list it back on ebay to be used abroad - the blacklisted phones are just for the UK, and foreign service providers aren't included.

Or maybe list on ebay for spares/repairs.

Not a nice situation to be in I know, but don't let it drop.
