Windows 10: Night light does not turn on automatically at sunset (Windows 10 1909)

I have Night Light set from Sunset - Sunrise but it does not turn on automatically. I've synced my date and time and it still doesn't work. Any ideas why night light won't turn on properly?

I have a 4k TV hooked up as a second monitor but I don't know if that's causing the issue.

I'm on Windows 10 1909.

Windows 10 Night Light not automatically turning on

Unfortuntely, this does not seem to have fixed the issue. Just today, my computer time was way over the "sunset time" specified in the schedule but it had not automatically turned on the Night Light.

Any other ideas?

 

Night light timing problem

I have night light in windows 10 scheduled to turn on from sunset to sunrise. However, it simply isn't turning on. See attached screenshot. The clock in the bottom right clearly shows that it was 6:53pm. Next to sunrise to sunset it says that night light
should be on from 4:58pm to 7:02am. But night light had not automatically turned on (hence why the 'Turn on now' button is visible in the screenshot).

This is weird, how can I make night light automatically turn on from sunset to sunrise?

 

Night Light not turning on properly

The new night light feature isn't working properly when scheduled. When it is well passed sunset, night light will show that it is on from the button in the action center, when in reality night light is not on at all. I have it scheduled to sunset and
sunrise and my time and time zone are set correctly, and the sunset times are accurate, but for some reason night light will just not come on until i manually turn it off and then on again.
